Board of Directors hold office for a period of three (3)\u00a0years and are eligible for re-appointment for a second term.\r\n\r\n&nbsp;\r\n\r\nThe current Board of Directors are Mr. Peter H. Banda-Board Chairperson (Expert Ministerial Appointment), Mrs. Dorothy Kahalawe Mbao (Zambia Institute of Chartered Accountants \u2013 ZICA), Mr. Kasapo S. Kabende (Zambia Union of Financial Institutions and Allied Workers \u2013 ZUFIAW), Ms. Mercy Munoni (Ministry of Finance),\u00a0 Ms. Ndanji K.
