In accordance to sections 8 and 9 of the Pension Scheme regulation Act No. 28 of 1996 all pension funds and fund managers are supposed to be registered by the Registrar of Pensions and Insurance in order to operate.

This form should be duly filled in and submitted to the above address together with all attachments and requirement as per section 9 and 14 of the Pension Scheme Regulation Act No. 28 of 1996 together with the application / registration fee failure to which it shall be rejected.
