This report is the third in the series since the inception of the Pensions and Insurance Authority in 1997. The first report covered activities and performance of the pensions  industry from inception to the year 2001, where as the second one was for the year 2002. The year 2003 marked a milestone in the regulatory processes of pensions industry as the Pensions and Insurance Authority convened a workshop to review and propose amendments to the Pension Scheme Regulation Act No. 28 of 1996.
