The Pension Scheme Regulation Act No. 28 of 1996 (Section 22) requires all pension scheme managers to lodge to the Registrar of Pensions and Insurance the audited financial statements three months after the end of each financial year.
In accordance to sections 8 and 9 of the Pension Scheme regulation Act No. 28 of 1996 all pension funds and fund managers are supposed to be registered by the Registrar of Pensions and Insurance in order to operate.
