OFFICE ACCOMODATION WANTED

Pensions and Insurance Authority is the regulatory and supervisory authority for the Pensions and Insurance Industry in Zambia.

The Authority now seeks suitable office accommodation either for rent or outright purchase. The accommodation must meet the following requirements,

1.                  Must be located in a quiet, secure and good area with less traffic congestions

2.                  Must have spacious rooms among which should be

            Three larger rooms ideal for use as

a)            A boardroom

b)            A chief executive’s office

c)            A library

            Have in addition, at least 24 separate rooms

3.                  Must have adequate sanitary facilities

4.                  Must have ample parking space
